Blog It.....Why do you do it?

That's what everyone is doing , including me, these days. Blogging. There are those who don't know or pretend not to know what a blog is. There are those who know but can't be bothered, to hell with them..they obviously aren't reading this. Then there are us...The Bloggers!

I'm Minnie Blue Eyes
Click ME and I'll Morph!!

"The Bloggers" Could be a good name for a Movie!

Tom's Favorite Painting

I first began to blog because I was injured and couldn't do anything else...I'm better now, physically but I still love to Blog. I tried making money but that's just a bore..all those blogs
devoted to making money from Adsense...checking to see if your pennies added up...constantly bombarded with get rich schemes, yeah, I'm done with that. I have my Amazon account because I like Amazon and I'm my biggest customer, Legal Seafood makes an appearance on my other blog, but that's because I LOVE their Boston Cream Pie. Sorry!

My name's Steve

I hate those Pay Per Post blogs...I mean really..I will not spend any time on your Blog...boring to know your theme was contrived over some product you are selling me.

I love weird news, funny diaries and photo blogs...Even if they get serious sometimes, I like Blogs about people and their stories. I have lurked around a bit wading through tons of blogs, but when I come across one that sparks my interest I comment.

I also always visit the Bloggers who comment here or on any of my other blogs.

When I comment, I bookmark the page I commented on and go back to that Blog...If I liked it once, I'll probably like it again.

I enjoy telling people about Blogs I like!!

I think ChooChoo has , as we say here in Massachusetts.."A wicked funny diary" over at Stop Looking At Me

I was once a forum fanatic. Until I discovered blogging. I completely agree with you in regards to the money making blogs. What a terrible waste of such an amazing resource. I blog to share my ideas, and connect with others. Hopefully, one day, all this random nonsense will coalesce into something meaningful, and bring about some much needed cultural change.

I started blogging two years ago on a whim. Started out writing funny stories from my family, posted some of my poetry, etc... I enjoy blogging because I get to (virtually) meet so many people. And it's fun!

Come on over and visit sometime.

Ooooh, free advertising;)

I blog because I'm to lazy to write a book. Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.

Yeah, this is in regards to the dauschaund/ wolf metamorphasis. It really skeeved me out, especially since I spend lots of time near that dog and knowingly allow my father to french kiss it. Scarry. The wolf reminded me of an email I got this morning, not wolves coyotes but still rather comical:

TO: The University Community

FROM: John Mixter, Director of Safety and Security

RE: Coyote Sightings on Campus

DATE: March 28, 2007

Over the past three weeks there have been numerous reports and sightings of a coyote around campus during daylight hours. Safety & Security has observed the animal and has notified the Newport Police Animal Control and the Rhode Department of Environmental Management (DEM) about the situation.

In the past week, the coyote has appeared to be more comfortable with its surroundings and has been observed walking closer to people, nearer to the university buildings and in the various parking lots. It is strongly recommended that no one attempt to pet, feed, or capture the animal and it be avoided at all costs.

I started blog to list some useful & interesting sites that i came across, that hopefully would be useful to others too.

But then these days i blog all sorts of random thoughts just to amuse myself and my readers i think. I also read lots of blogs since i get to know all sorts of weird crazy interesting crappy people.

I just dig the diary aspect of it. And, I've run into so many nifty people...always odd, however, when I refer to the Bloggers via Identity and a "real-time" person looks at me & goes, "Who??"

;)
