Turkeys have been see all over the place asking us to eat HAM !
But now they have started defacing public and private properties....

A gang of 10+ turkeys are hiding out near the parking lot beside a local hospital here in Lynn, MA. They show no fear of extinction and, in fact have challenged traffic -- something I would be afraid to do in this area!
One of those parking lot turkeys wandered up the street for lunch at Dunkin' Donuts at the rotary a couple of days ago. They're fine as long as they stay out of traffic.
I don't like it quite so much, though, when the local swans at Buchannan Bridge fly across the road in front of me at windshield height.
One of my brothers was in a car earlier this year that hit a blue heron that darted out in front. Clouds of feathers... and 4 or 5 feet of heron impaled in the grillwork.
Turkeys I've seen tell me to eat roast chicken, lots of roast chicken...very brazen too!!
And another thing....
Didn't anyone ever tell that turkey in the photos that you can buy turkey ham?
I think I will stick with turkey on Thanksgiving. Ham just wouldn't do it for this family.
